Through meticulous care of the vineyard, as well as a process of drying in crates and aging in oak barrels for 22 months, the Stradivini company aims to elevate the wine obtained from Merlot grapes from the Swiss Reagion Ticino to a new level. With the 2020 vintage of their flagship wine, the Primo Passo, they have achieved this goal remarkably. For us, it is a perfect first project or, as the name of the wine suggests, first step. Being able to implement our edition on a wine that stands out and will continue to do so over the years is a great pleasure.
